 Toshiba T7937A is a monolithyc MSX1 computer. All you should add to it
is
16kb vram , 64kb ram , 21mhz clock (It has a v9928 internally) and 
the main rom. It's video output is in RGB then it's possible to
make comor MSX1 computer. It's  a low power CMOS chip , them pocket 
MSX1 is a possibility with that chip ...
