I don't think Dutch gain much by creating a Dutch mailinglist, as English is 
no problem for the average Dutchman. By posting a message to an 
international mailinglist, the message will be read by more people, so I 
guess there is no need for a Dutch mailinglist. It's true that incidentally 
Dutch write messages in Dutch to this mailinglist, but usually that's not a 
matter of not being able to write English, but more a matter of forgetting 
that this is an international mailinglist (or not knowing). Usually it isn't 
done intentionally, I think.
