I bet a lot of interesting things are discussed on that list. Unfortunately,
since I cannot speak 'Brazilian' (Portugese, right?), I can not participate
in the discussions.

That's the disadvantage of a list seperately for a certain language.

Dutch messages aren't posted because there is a 'need' to talk Dutch. Often,
they are posted because it is someone new to the list who doesn't know the
netiqette (spelled correctly?) yet, or by people who are too ignorant to
think of the fact that although the message may only be interesting or of
use to Dutch people there are other people on this list who at least want to
know what the message is about.

I really don't like the idea of a seperate Mailinglist. Ofcourse, if one is
created I will subscribe, but only because I don't want to miss the
discussions. Not because I'm enthousiastic about it. If I want to write
Dutch I'll write to the MSX-Echomail.
