I did mean that every MSX1 model are not tied to PAL or NTSC,
there are models with RGB output (straight from factory). Their
composite video/RF is fixed due to where they were built,
but some has RGB out, which gives more usage over the NTSC/PAL
boundaries for them.

Yes, but standards are so near each other that nowadays all television
sets should be capable to handle PAL/Secam differencies without any
problems.
