Probably only with Europe. I doubt many american TV sets can handle PAL-B&G/SECAM and I can assure only a few Brazilian TV sets handle PAL-B&G (SECAM is nowhere to be seen). However, some weird TV sets and VCRs can handle PAL-N, which is used by Argentina. Dunno what the diferences are, tho.
