A bit off topic I guess, and offcourse not as much fun as playing Snatcher on the MSX, but if you want to play the English SegaCD version you can download it here; http://elportal2000.metropoliglobal.com/ You will find it in the classics megacd iso section. One of the rar files is corrupted (mp3), but this can be fixed with 'winrar -r <rarfile>'.
