I had almost the same problem until www.msx.org was recently moved to another server. My problem was that when I tried to open msx.org in my browser (IE with Windows XP) it found the Server but then stopped there, waiting for the page to start downloading. I tried different connections, different DNSs, etc but always ended in the same situation. I live in Spain but I didn't connect by Telefonica. Some friends of mine using Telefonica didn't had this problem.
