I disagree. I am not saying to have a full blown GVIM setup. All I am asking is to have the smallest version of vi or ed, so that someone that has been working on unix/linux for a long time can edit quickly a file. If I have to use a Windows *anything* to work on a *nix/*nux environment/system, that defeats the purpose. It's ok to disagree, tough. :-) josé
