The second solution on the second link works fine for me. Thanks for
sending it. I didn't check the other links or solutions listed there.

This also is a nice starting place for other send hooks. For example,
GMail has an option requiring you solve simple math problems if sending
emails at certain times, to avoid drunk emailing...

Ha! I just tried to send this email and got prompted/warned because
there was no attachment...
