All three of the above packages are available in Brew. If you are new to
OS X you might benefit from using a package manager, with HomeBrew,
macports, and fink being the three popular ones. Now just because brew
will easily install the above three, doesn't mean msmtp will be linked
with NTLM. I know nothing about those packages, so I can't offer more
direct help.
