A lot of talking has been done since we drew the Arse in the Cup & of course
the media point back to that great night at Villa Park. Even checking
Arsenal sites for comment, the underlying feeling seems to be that although
they were gutted to lose, everyone felt proud to have attended such a
thrilling game played in good spirits by 2 fantastic teams. And for us the
bonus was that we won.

But something that struck me is this. Had Big Peter not saved that penalty,
could our chances of winning anything have gone belly up? Personally I think
it was like a mini turning point in our season. Bergkamp scores & we're out,
Arsenal gain momentum & possibly pip us to the championship. I don't know
about others but after that game I thought we were unbeatable. With 10 men
we saw them off in extra time & it just felt we were unstoppable. We then go
on to beat Arsenal to the title by a point (another close win) take the FA
Cup & win the European Cup in the most dramatic fashion ever.

So anyone else feel The Great Dane's save was that crucial?
