Mungkin yg dimaksud charging kali ya?, buat menjual layanan IT ke User dg 
quality yg sesuai SLA. Charge back itu jika kita sebagai IT Dept. (IT Service 
Provider) tidak bisa memenuhi SLA mengembalikan lagi uang charging ke user.

Menagih ke user atau mengembalikan uang ke user?

Kalau menagih ke user dalam rangka apa Pak? Apakah untuk membuktikan bahwa IT 
itu bukan departemen buang2 duit saja? Atau persiapan menspin IT jadi 
perusahaan terpisah?
Contohnya:
1. Sewa Internet Unlimited 300rb perbulan
2. Biaya sewa PC 100rb-250rb perbulan (tergantung spesifikasi)
3. Biaya sewa notebook 150rb-400rb
4. Biaya sewa printer, misal 1rb per lembar
5. Biaya oncall teknisi, misal tiap kedatangan 100rb
6. Sewa quota mailbox, 250rb utk 25GB pertahun
