Thanks Scott. I committed those changes now (the attached file and the small bug fix). You should see them when you update.
You should first shelve your changes, do the update, then unshelve. If you haven't changed anything in the meantime you should get no conflicts, and the unshelve will just check that everything is good and make no changes.
