Both Delta and Air France didn't seem to care that we requested the bassinet in advance (on diff. occasions).. I guess one just has to hound them for days in advance, to make sure they do stick by their promise..
PS< just a side note/question: Whatever happened to the little toys they used to give to kids aboard???I used to look forward to getting them as a kid.. budget cuts??or does one need "connections" to get them?
