What device are you trying to sync anyway? I don't know of any device
that can sync using SyncML-over-OBEX. The phones from Nokia, Sony
Ericsson, and Seimens that I was able to get hold of are only support
SyncML-over-WSP (via WAP). And very few phones from those manufacturers
support SyncML-over-HTTP (pure TCP/IP network) like the SE P800, N7650,
N3650, and N9200.
