Hi Thorsten, I had a similar problem/message when i was trying to get my Sony Ericsson T68i working with multisync.
I was only able to "fix" it when i: a) got pairing working correctly with my phone b) saw the "channel" that someone else with the same phone was using and entered it in manually then everything worked okay.
