All,
Let me backtrack on my previous message after some more work on this today, so forget about my confused post yesterday (it was very late). I decided to start out afresh today and realized that I probably have some fundamental problems with my system...
I am unable to either the ./autogen.sh shell script or the ./configure shell succesfully (that is in the multisync-0.81.tar.bz2 archive or the mulitsync-0.80-1.tar.gz archive).
I am running a Debian system with Kernel 2.4.21 and I am relatively new to Linux (only a few months of on and off running it) so please bare with me.
Not sure if there is any other info you would need to help me get over this hurdle... if so, let me know.

Both scripts fail with the following error:
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in . ./.. ./../..

I'm hoping this is a simple question for those that know...

Thanks in advance for your help!
Serge M
