This is also a known issue. the first sync has to be a resync otherwise
the contacts which were not modified since the last sync will not be
transfered. We could detect when this is needed but we wont do it
automatically (see issue #2) until we get to multisync 0.90 which will
be a redesign of multisync

Could you give more detail how it is mixed up? What should normally be
on left on right column?
Which PalmOS Version do you use?
