Right, you'll end up losing anything from the second category
onward on the Palm side. There'll have to be some sort of mechanism to
identify multiple categories, but marking one of them as "Primary", and
that being the one that gets transferred to the Palm.

We can't do two-way sync with fields and relationships that simply
do not exist on the Palm side.
