This behaviour is somewhat intended. i always set the first labels first
(so "show in list" is always set) and the rest is just left in the order
it was before. i dont do any check for duplicate labels since i see no
drawbacks if labels from empty entries already exist.

do you have a confirmed way to produces duplicates? We know that
multisync has some problems with this atm but i dont know of any way to
reproducible make duplicates.
