thx David,

i had to learn a lot of stuffs, but i remain unlucky
with multisync running in gdb. i'll have to learn
more. i dont understand why it idles after a few
clicks :-(, telling me things i'm not yet able to
understand :

Starting program: /usr/bin/multisync
warning: Unable to find dynamic linker breakpoint
function.
GDB will be unable to debug shared library
initializers
and track explicitly loaded dynamic code.
Detaching after fork from child process 27309.
[plugin_init:532] here

Program received signal SIG32, Real-time event 32.
0x40c454ac in pthread_getconcurrency () from
/lib/libpthread.so.0
(gdb)

i installed cvs version of multisync, synce,
synce-kde, synce-multisync_plugin but the problem is
still the same : ipaq stays in "synchronisation"
state for ever, whereas multisync says everything is
ok.

find here attached a vcard and the associated output
of multisync.

when you say my report is useful "At least for the
SynCE dev team.", does it mean i should also report on
synce-users ?

Regards,
