What looks odd to me is the log message just before the freeze: "Dwelling..." This means that multisync has finished the sync, saw some new changes and is waiting for more changes to arrive. Maybe the problem is just that multisync is not finishing the sync cleanly. BTW: How many contacts are you syncing?
