Hi,
I need some help regarding pcsc daemon in pcsc lite. How does
pcscdaemon knows when a card is removed from the reader? does it know when
a card is removed or it has to poll to know whether a card is there in a
reader or not. I tried to find out it in pcsc sources with out success.
At one point in pcsc source in winscard_msg.c it says
/* A common pipe packet has arrived - it could be a new application
or it could be a reader event packet coming from another thread
*/
but here it checks for connections on commonSocket. Thats it. How does
it identify any reader event packet sent by another thread. PLease
enlighten me about this.
