Robert, I guess there are many problems - Security is not of intertest to vendors - Symbian puts crypto part in "vendor space" - The operators want SIM to rule - Banks and governments don't want to cooperate with operators Therefore I believe it is really Microsoft of all companies that will make this rock. Microsoft at least publish their API for anybody to use. Soft solutions to begin with...
