For the Get Response Command, is it sent from the reader to the card or vice versa?
There is a definition i get from the draft of ISO document on Get Response Command:
"The Get Response Command is used to transmit from the card to the interface devices APDU which otehrwise could not be transmitted by the available protocol."
It seem to me that the Get Response Command is sent from the card to the reader from the above definition. However for me, i feel that the Get Response Command should be sent from the reader to card in order to get response (extra data still available) from card correspond to the previously sent command. Is that right? Please verify this for me.
