reader from the above definition. However for me, i feel that the Get
Response Command should be sent from the reader to card in order to get
response (extra data still available) from card correspond to the
previously sent command. Is that right? Please verify this for me.

Get response must be sent to the card from the host (not from the reader) when
in T=0 the card responds 61xx to an APDU with a response needed (Le !=0)
I think Le can be 0 and a value of 0 means a 256 byte response.
