When securityd dies, the only way to reboot the computer has been "sudo reboot" 
or "hard reset", as the doc and menu bar freeze after that. Securityd likes to 
die if you do extensive testing on OS X. I know that it's not my machine's 
fault either, I've seen other computers where ps ax | gre psecurity gives no 
answers.
