AFAIK there is no agreed upon standard on how to do memory cards over SCardControl(FEATURE_MCT_READER_DIRECT or FEATURE_MCT_UNIVERSAL), even if it would be implemented by some drivers. And even if there was, there's no standard like the CCID pinpad spec which would say how to universally talk to those chips that implement the required feature on the driver level.
