ah, ok. so I was mislead by your first comment. > Maybe a tool exist to compare 2 PDF documents? google finds a number of discussions and tools on the topic. but I would ask the editor of the standard to create the diff for me. as a major implementor of the standard I hope they are willing to provide this service - not much work for them, much help for you.
