Mutt does not fetch all IMAP headers by default (for performance reasons).
If you match against a header that hasn't been fetched, it has to be
fetched for all messages. See http://dev.mutt.org/doc/manual.html#imap-
headers for information on how to add Importance: to the set of initially
fetched headers. You may also wish to look at header caching:
