Setting imap_headers="IMPORTANCE" did not remedy the issue. Mutt still
appears to be fetching the whole message (several megabytes for some
messages).
I'm sceptical as to whether imap_headers could principally help. In order
for this to have the effect that headers are not refetched for pattern
matching, this would require some very delicate logic to determine whether
all headers fetched by imap_header are sufficient to match against the
filters. I don't think any such relation exists?
Thank you for the hint regarding caching (I understand it's just a comment
and does not mean to adress the issue).
