Here's what I wrote, untroubled by the mail/trac gateway:
It's not valid. I'm curious whether the original message from the iPhone
looked like this, or it was botched somewhere in transit.
These would have been valid:

To: Recipient A <[email protected]>, [email protected], [email protected]
To: Recipient A <[email protected]>, <[email protected]>, <[email protected]>
To: Recipient A <[email protected]>, Group name: <[email protected]>, <[email protected]>;
}}}
It's possible the message was meant to be the latter, but something parsed
it wrong and produced the very wrong result that you saw.
