I had a look at the original email, but it's still not 100% clear what
happened.

To: Recipient A <[email protected]>, Group name <[email protected], [email protected]>
Bcc: [email protected], [email protected]
}}}
It seems that the invalid recipients were just copied into the Bcc field.
That explains how I received it at all, but I'm still not 100% sure why
the smtp accepted the invalid To: field at all (as opposed to my test
above). Anyway, I guess we just chalk this down to iOS weirdness, and it's
nothing to do with Mutt. Thanks for the replies and comments.
