Since upgrading to ubuntu 10.04, and therefore Mutt 1.5.20, saving a read mail to another mailbox immediately causes that mailbox to be flagged as containing new mail. Since I'm using the same .muttrc, something has changed between mutt versions, to cause the erroneous behaviour. (Prior mutt version was from 3 years ago, or so.)
