Ok...  Why does mutt-users not show up as a list with your posts,
and works for all others?  I've never seen this happen before with
Mutt and lists.

Uh huh.  I just remembered that this was a problem I ran into with
trying to configure sendmail for gmail.  TPTB for sendmail decided
to do away with AUTH, etc. in sendmail.cf after (I don't recall which
version).  Drove me nuts trying to get that to work before I finally
saw that in a web site about sendmail and gmail.
