There are a bunch of ways to do this. One of the easiest might be to run majordomo mailing list software on your machine. IIRC the mailing list definition is just a list of addresses--which sounds like what you get. If so just replace the file that contains the list addresses with the one you got today, then send mail to that list. You could also write a small shell script to read the addresses from the list, and provide them to mutt on the command line. You could either do this all at once, or one at a time (slower, but there's no chance anyone who got the message will be able to learn the addresses of anyone else who received it)...
