Some relevant key bindings are

j - previous (undeleted) message
k - next (undeleted) message
z - page down in message list
Z - page up in message list

Space - page down in message
- - page up in message (that is a minus sign)
Enter - scroll down one line in message
Backspace - scroll up one line in message

Just having those keybindings available would make muttator much more usable
for me.
