Could you compile and try to use the mvprelay from my web page at
www.mvpmc.org/~mvallevand (they are both the same source  I found the
online mvprelay didn't work reliably for me either)

I believe you feel that based on what ethereal/wireshark is telling
you.  Ignore this it isn't trure.

This doesn't make sense if you've really loaded mvpmc.
