I can't tell if there is a flaw.  Which windows tftp client are you
using? I will try it.  If you want download Knoppix and boot it from
your windows box, zero config and you will get the tftp comment.

You can't load the mvpmc dongle and get the gbpvr screen so if
possible could you send me the  GBPVR.exe*.log after a load with debug
level logging on.  The only way that I could see this happening is if
the mvp was loading the dongle from flash but that is after a notable
amount of time with 3 failures getting the dongle.bin.ver file.   One
thing to try is rename dongle.mvpmc.bin to mvpmc.bin and in gbpvr
config set mvpmc.bin as the dongle name then restart both gbpvr
services.
