Sergio,
No tftp activity has ever occurred with this unit (at least the one I have),
so there has never been a request for a dongle.bin.ver file. I am really
beginning to wonder if this unit is just defective.

Run a packet trace using tcpdump or ethereal and see if the dongle.bin.ver
is downloaded. If it is, then you need to update the version number to
exceed the version that the MVP has loaded in flash. I'm not entirely sure
how to do this but I'll do some research and see if I can figure out how to
set the version number in the dongle.bin.ver file. If on the other hand
dongle.bin.ver is never consulted, then I'm at a loss since this is the
mechanism that the MVPs up to the H2 use to trigger a dongle download.
