Hauppauge are certainly aware of mvpmc because they've run it in their lab and have said some very good things. They did send my a test unit from their lab (no remote or power supply though) to do some things with emulation mode. Hauppauge has been really good at providing me with information that I needed for emulation mode and I've had several email exchanges with a few of their staff. They have made their kernel source available and aren't like many vendors we have to be pressured. Unfortunately they couldn't provide the info. that Jon needed on the hardware or on the bootloader from IBM and TI but they did try. Having that would have been perfect. Based on my experiences, I really hope that Hauppauge plan on marketing an HD device for us to work with.
