If I edit the due date of a task the appears on the Todo tab such that
it no longer meets the criteria of the Todo filter, the task
disappears immediately and the task properties now say "(no
selection)".

However, if I click on the Outline tab, the task is highlighted but
the task properties are still saying "(no selection)" until I click on
the highlighted task.

Since the task is actually selected (at least it is highlighted in
blue), can MLO please show the task properties when I switch to the
Outline tab?

[And what I really miss is the old behavior whereby if a task no
longer meets the Todo filter, you can still edit the properties until
you select another task... I would commonly start clicking "next day"
until I chose the date I wanted - but now as soon as the task falls
out of the filter criteria I can't edit the properties without
switching to the outline tab; at least if the task properties were
edittable that would save a click]
