Good fun though. Firstly, I have posted a modified theme file including the new date formatting. Here's the link: - http://www.mediafire.com/file/ug52minbomn/Pottster's Theme (mod).mlthm Secondly, if anyone wants the date formatting without the whole theme then the settings are as follows: - -from the Theme editor select the Dates Color tab, and then the values are: Future Dates Top Color 1 = $00DDF1EB Top Color 2 = $0059BB9B Bottom Color 1 = $0059BB9B Bottom Color 2 = $003C9276 Near Due Dates Top Color 1 = $008FC0FA Top Color 2 = $0000C0FF Bottom Color 1 = $0000C0FF Bottom Color 2 = $00096CE3 Overdue Dates Top Color 1 = $00DAEAFD Top Color 2 = $001A1AEE Bottom Color 1 = $001A1AEE Bottom Color 2 = $00096CE3 Thirdly, > I've also noticed that my theme is overwritten a lot by my "automatic > filtering" choices... Not sure if you mean Automatic Formatting rather than "automatic filtering". If so, then my apologies if the Advanced Formatting file has carried some other, unrequired, formatting. In essence, all you need is a custom filter line(s) in Advanced Formatting which puts the background fill into inactive tasks (see previous post for reasons) - you should be able to see the rule(s) I've added to cover this. If you go into Automatic Formatting and deselect any checkbox's you don't want (and add any of your own custom Automatic Formatting rules) that should get you what you want - it might take a bit of trial and error. I guess the problem is that it appears you can't export a single custom rule only the whole Automatic Formatting set.
