> Was it so necessary to migrate from ADOCE to SQL CE in new version?
Yes it was necessary since Microsoft dropped supporting ADOCE for new
devices and we had many problems on different devices.

Please do the following:
1) Install MLO to the main memory.
2) Create new pair in in MLO Windows Mobile Sync Manager on desktop.
3) IMPORTANT: While creating the pair create new PPC data file in MLO
Windows Mobile Sync Manager on desktop(!). It should be in main
memory.
4) Sync

Will it help?

Alternatively you can still use old ADOCE. Just add these two keys to
registry on PPC and recreate data file on PPC:
HKCU\Software\MLO\MLO - EnableSQLite DWORD = 0
HKCU\Software\MLO\MLO - EnableSQLCe DWORD = 0

However it is not recommended to use ADOCE and you can use it only if
SQLCe does not work on your device completely for some reasons
(security restrictions?) .

Andrey.
