Andrey - have you considered giving us some plugin points? I'm trying to solve a my 'CRM' problem right now. In my case I want to watch my sent mail and generate tasks to contact clients who I have talked to in more than 'x' time. I want this to happen in the background. I realize this is outside of MLO's core mission and am happy to take a crack at writing it myself, however I need a way of accessing the MLO app + data structures. In this case I would need to be change the due date on MLO task.
Is this possible? Am I on crack?
