I use MLO at work where I manage a large team in IT and need to keep track of lots of different types of items: managerial, project, tactical. It is indispensible as both an outliner and to-do list, and the latter reminds me of my true priorities thanks to the computed scoring algorithms. I also use MLO at home to manage my artisitc career and personal/practical life. The ability to customise and adapt the application to serve particular requirements is fantastic. I say all this after using the product for three years - and recognise there still much more functionality and customisation to leverage.
