Rose Ha, where do you want to hide the folders? In the outline or in the To-Do- view?
To-Do view: Folders a hidden by default in the to-do-views. Outline: what about to make a separate root folder, for e.g. name it "waiting projects", which you mark as "Hide the branch in To-Do" and you move your holiday folder there. Then create a task in another place in your outline which is would be shown in the To-Do view with a start and due date set to the day you want the folder to appear. You can add a reminder, too. And this task tells you to move the holiday folder back to its original location. What do you think about this idea?
