I suspect the only way you will get this resolved Milan is if you submit a sample data file exhibiting your problem. I don't think it's a bug as it's so basic I'm sure it would have come up before now. It's most likely something to do with your setup. The only other, slightly off the wall, suggestions I could make would be date/time related. For example, is your system showing the correct date/time, have you tried refreshing (F5) in case you passed a time boundary, apart from time are you sure you are on a designated open/closed day (we've all done it with this type of problem - it really is worth checking again).
