How about this: if you don't use flags already for something else, perhaps
you could give each recurring task the same flag colour, then go to "sort"
on the left and soft by flag (ascending) and then by computed score
(descending). (Then save the view that way by clicking "Save Settings" at
the bottom left.) That way those recurring tasks would end up at the bottom
of your list, beneath those tasks with no due dates.
