There are really TWO ways to accomplish this in MLO-- as pointed out
"Complete subtasks in order" requires a subtask to be complete before
its next-listed sibling will be shown, but there is also a more
advanced "dependency" feature, where you can arbitrarily require tasks
be complete before another is available to do (or even that two or
three other tasks from entirely different locations in your outline be
complete first). It's not as sophisticated as something like MS
Project, but it's off-the-scale more sophisticated than more To Do
apps-- and I'd wager, more sophisticated than OmniFocus.
